Insa-Dong

Insa-Dong is a place for culture and craft. Many craft items is selling here. Insa-dong Street is one of the most memorable attractions in Seoul and represents the focal point of Korean traditional culture and crafts. Stores in Insa-dong specialize in a wide variety of goods that can only be purchased or appreciated in Korea: hanbok (traditional clothing), hanji (traditional paper), traditional teas, pottery, and folk crafts.

The area is still a center for the arts, and painters, craftsmen, and art lovers continue to set up shop along the narrow alleys, making it a unique place full of folk crafts, pottery, and paintings. The street offers rich opportunities for visitors to experience Korean traditional culture and arts. Various art events and festivals are regularly held along the street.

Banpo Bridge Rainbow

Banpo Bridge Rainbow is the place to rest. There many couple and family comes visit here. Some people come here come here do the picnic at riverside and also have delivery food here. At the night Banpo Bridge Rainbow spraying water from the river below out into the beautiful show of water, music and light.The show duration is 20 minutes. Everyday have a show but have a time.

Seoul Central Mosque

Seoul Central Mosque is one of Famous Mosque in Korea, and also Seoul Central Mosque is a first Islamic mosque in korea. In a Mosque also have educational institution for muslim children, The Islamic Culture Research Institute and more. the mosque is so beatiful.

One of my memory at the Mosque is my shoe torn off, but someone kindly help me and she give me the new shoe. She is korean people and she non-muslim, but her son is muslim. She wait for her son pray at the Mosque. She is very friendly and she want convert to islam one day. While she wait in Mosque she met with one man in the mosque. The man is Guide in Islam.

Itaewon-Dong

Itaewon is a unique place in Seoul where one can meet people of diverse nationalities and cultures. There is a popular joke saying that international residents may not know Seoul, but they know Itaewon. Seoul even designated Itaewon as its first ‘Special Tourism District,’ to highlight it as a destination for internationals to enjoy a diversity of culture, shopping, and entertainment experiences.

Other than that, Itaewon is also has a shopping place, but more expensives. In Itaewon area have many Halal food compare to the Myeong-Dong, its hard to find a Halal food. Many muslim live in Itaewon.

Myeong-Dong

Myeong-Dong is the best place to shopping especially for girl. There many Branded Shop at Myeong-Dong, The price for every items is very cheapest in town. There many Make-up branded. The famous branded make-up at korea is Etude house, Laneige, Nature Republic and etc. For those who like make-up can go to the Myeong-Dong. I dont like make-up so i didn't buy make-up too much. I just buy lipstick only and i buy the make up for my cousin and they give me gift. Every buyer buy the makeup. They can get the gift.

Other than that, at Myeong-Dong they also sell cloth , shoes, stockin and etc. I just buy many stockin because the stockin is very cute and the price is cheapest. At the night, Myeong-Dong have street food. many street food open near the branded shop. Myeong-Dong also have a subway station.

Namiseom Island

Before we go to Namiseom Island we must go to the Naminara Republic because before entry must buy the ticket at the counter and checking the passport, after that  we went to Namiseon Island by the Ferry, the ticket admission is including the ferry. The admission fees is very affortable for me. takes 10 minutes to arrive at the Namseon Island. 

Namseom Island is a beautiful place. It is a half moon shaped isle. Korea has 4 season as winter, autumn, spring and summer. The Namiseon Island is famous for its beautiful trees lined roads. A special feature of Namiseom Island is that there are no telephone poles. This is because all electric wires were built underground to keep the natural feeling of the landscape. The island is 553,560 square yards with chestnut trees and poplar trees throughout. Since it is not far from Seoul, many couple, family and tourist come to visit Namiseon Island. 

Sometime artist come to the Namiseom Island to do the Drama or Movie such as Winter Sonata movie. At the Namiseon Island has a Bicycle for rental. So people can play the bicycle at the Namiseon Island. also have playground for the children. Namiseon Island is the beautiful to take the picture depend on the season

Cheonggycheon Stream

Cheonggycheon Stream is the most attractive place for me because the river have many type of decoration.The deco is very creative. They used recycled items to decorate the river. The river also have reading book area. 

Dongdaemun Market

We went to Dongdaemun market by the subway station. Dongdaemun Market is a large of traditional market , shopping centre and wholesale centre.In the area Dongdaemun market there are many mall such as Doota mall, Lotte Fitin, Wholesales mall, and etc. Dongdaemun design plaza also near around the Dongdaemun market.Dongdaemun Market is traditionally famous for its night market.

Gyeongbokgung Palace

Gyeongbokgung also known as Gyeongbokgung Palace or Gyeongbok palace. Gyeongbokgung Palace is a main royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty. Gyeongbokgung Palace is the largest of the Five Grand Palace. Geongbokgung is home of  King of the Joseon Dynasty, the kings' household and goverment of Joseon.

Before entry to the gyeongbokgung palace must buy the ticket for visit in royal palace. Ticket buy at the counter and the price for international visitor is 3,000 won. Ticket is include only four palace such as Changdeokgung palace, changgycheonggung palace, Deoksugungpalace, and jongmyo shrine. Every royal palace has own activities or show for visitor.

Namdaemun Market

I stay in Myeodong area, it is pretty near and walking distance to the market. It is located near to Hoehyeon subway station. Namdaemun is one of th best place to buy sourvenirs at cheap prices. Other than that, there are many sell items here such as Korean pot, bags, bundle cloth, chocolate, korean brooches and etc.

Namsan Tower

The first place that I visited is Namsan Tower. I went by bus go to the Namsan Tower. The bus stop at the bus station near the Namsan Tower. We walk up the hill to go the Namsan Tower. Namsan Seoul Tower was the first tower-type tourism spot in Korea. The top of the tower is at almost 480m above sea level, including Namsan Mountain (243m) and the tower’s own height (236.7m), making it one of the tallest towers in the Orient. It is comprised of Seoul Tower Plaza, recently opened to public access after 40 years, and N Seoul Tower, operated by CJ Foodville since 2005. The tower was first established as a broadcast tower to send out TV and radio signals in 1969.

There are many facilities available here like Namsan cable car, Hanbok culture experience center, Teddy bear gallery, Bon woori bansang and etc.

B My Guesthouse is a perfect place for me when I vacation there. B my guesthouse located near Namdaemun and Myeodong Street. other than that b my guesthouse also near around convenience store. B my guesthouse is very comfortable place. The price is RM300 pernight for 3 people and this price so affordable. The price for the room is including for breakfast. I stay here 5 days and 4 nights. B my guesthouse have many services such as Wi-Fi , Washing Machine and etc.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport

   

       

On 16th October 2016,  I and my cousin go to KLIA. when arrived at KLIA i and my cousin go to the air asia counter for check in ticket and drop luggage. My departure time actually at 1:00 am but the air asia staff give announcement the flight was delay at 2:00 am.

The flight duration from Kuala Lumpur to Seoul Korea is 6 hour 30 minutes. Our flight depart 2:00am and arrive in Incheon International Airport South Korea at 9:30am (seoul time).  Line up at the immigration counter for check the passport and take a luggage. After exit from the airport we find a taxi and the taxi send us at the Guesthouse.
